    I never leave a perfect score. There is always room for improvement. We drove from Florence to Sumter for a 10am service appointment. We arrived early. While waiting to speak to a service advisor, John Jones came out to meet us because they were short staffed. This was my first oil change on a vehicle that I bought a year earlier from Jones. The vehicle has 700 miles on it. The service wait time took about an hour. They have a nice lounge with free coffee. The overall experience was pretty good. Just like when I bought the car, It was worth the drive. Herbert Benton
