    The two salesmen we dealt with (Dillon and Jack) seemed to portray honesty which would have earned them a higher positive mark, 8 out of 10, if rating them alone in a survey. Their honesty was appreciated. I would buy from them again, and they most probably would receive a higher rating in the future with more experience. The finance manager could have been having a bad day and was not thinking straight, was either new to Chevrolet/GM and was unaware of the rebates available to customers, which would or could be a training problem, or he was not being truthful when he said "military rebates were not available for the vehicle we were purchasing (a $97K 2026 High Country Suburban), they are only offered on some vehicles" which is simply not true. I would not have gotten the military rebate at all if I had not pulled up their own website, the GM website, and shown them the e-mail with my code from GM to prove to him that I was due a rebate. (They had already seen my military ID card and Veteran Drivers License, and had pulled the handicapped veteran license plate off of my former car.) When I ultimately convinced him that indeed I was due one, he/the finance manager seemed miffed and told the salesman "to take my code and write it up". We ultimately got the rebate added to our deal, but customers should not have to do the job of the salesman or the finance manager to get what they/Jones Chevrolet and GM are promising their potential customers. Overall, we were satisfied with our final deal, but it could have been quicker and more pleasant if things would have been done right the first time. I am not usually a complainer and normally only give positive reviews if any at all, but I must note it this time as I have to wonder if there were other more junior military members or first responders that did not get the rebates offered to them by GM. I think that this should be looked into and made right if necessary. Obviously, I would not have wanted to lose the funds as I earned that rebate through service, and no the loss would not have made much difference in the overall price of the deal. Unfortunately most buyers are not retired Senior Officers and cannot and should not have to give the rebate up. It would be a shame for them to do so due to a lack of experience or possibly due to a more questionable reason.

    As I told Steven, the finance guy, he was the most pleasant and transparent person I had ever bought a car from. I felt like he gave good advice on financing options and he was prepared and very knowledgeable. Robert Jones also did a good job as making us feel taken care of. Definitely a good buying experience.
